A variety that has always been associated with the cultivation area of Bologna, and therefore has been recognised as a PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) product.

The Primura has a smooth and satin-like yellow skin and is a floury-fleshed potato.

Extremely versatile – ideal for gnocchi dumplings and oven-baked or fried dishes.
