RACLETTE

1 packet of potatoes – Ratte variety
400 g Raclette cheese – sliced
Vinegar-pickled baby gherkins and onions
Pepper
Boil the potatoes without peeling them. Use either a raclette pan or wedge to melt the cheese directly at the table, or lay the cheese slices over the potatoes and bake in a traditional oven.
