ROUND BABY POTATOES WITH SWISS CHARD

1 packet of Round Baby Potatoes
Fresh cream butter
Extra-virgin olive oil
Coarse ground salt
Rosemary, sage, bay leaves, sweet marjoram and mint
Dry white wine
Bake in an oven set to fan mode at approximately 180 degrees centigrade for about 30 minutes.

ROUND BABY POTATO BROCHETTES

1 packet of Round Baby Potatoes
Butter
Extra-virgin olive oil
Rosemary
Salt
Wrap the Round Baby Potatoes in cooking foil and bake in the oven at 160° C for 30 minutes. Thread the potatoes on a long skewer, dot with butter and sprinkle with rosemary and then grill in the oven for a few minutes.
