INGREDIENTS. Serves 4.

600g Tocchetti
300g cherry tomatoes, halved and de-seeded
400g pork loin
marjoram
1 garlic clove
extra virgin olive oil
salt, pepper

Preparation
Cut the meat into 5-mm slices, then cut these into strips.

Heat a little oil in a saucepan with the garlic clove, then add the meat and slightly brown it.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and remove the seeds, then add them to the meat. Season with marjoram, salt, and pepper, and finish cooking. Keep warm.

In the meantime, arrange the potato cubes onto a baking tray and bake at 220°C for 13/15 minutes.

Add them to the meat, garnish with marjoram, and serve.
