Preparation
Heat fan oven at 200° and line a tray with baking paper. Wash the potatoes well in their skins and cut them into wedges. Put the wedges in the tray, add the breadcrumbs, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, lemon zest cut into strips, grated ginger and mix well. Bake for 40 minutes.
