Frisé crinkle fries, Vegetables and Sausage

INGREDIENTS. Serves 4.

600g Frisè Patasnella 
200g spicy sausage
2 slices of red pepper
2 slices of green pepper
2 courgettes
extra virgin olive oil
1 bayleaf
salt

Preparation
Dice the two types of pepper.

Slice the courgettes into thick rounds.

Dress the vegetables with oil, season with salt and bayleaf, then spread them out on a large baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 190°C for 15 minutes.

In the meantime, slice the spicy sausage into rounds.

Remove the tray from the oven, gather the vegetables in one half of the tray and top with the sausage slices.

Spread the Frisè Patasnella on the other half of the tray.

Bake at 220°C for another 10 minutes.

Quickly mix together all the ingredients and serve immediately.
